This carousel themed cake was for a first birthday party.  The carousel horses are gum paste and created using a 3D mold.  The swirl and floral designs were all made using Katy Sue Designs rococo and floral molds.  This cake took sooooooo much longer than I expected it to, but the end result was worth the extra effort!

The flowers are rolled fondant flowers.
