This cake is a 3-layer chocolate cake. I used Olive Nation cocoa powder, the best cocoa ever. I put a peppermint flavored butter cream between the layers. The cake is covered with chocolate ganache and cake lace. The rose is made of saraccino modeling paste and trimmed with gold. We are welcoming a new baby.
