Bright sugar florals was the couple’s brief.  So, with pompom dahlia, hydrangea globes, strawflowers, phlox, echinacea seed head, astrantia, lady fern, beech leaves, seeded eucalyptus, a (tweaked) Scottish thistle and veronica to complement the groom’s family tartan, in a coral/crimson/burgundy/burnt orange/amber/chartreuse/pale pink/navy/green colour palette I hope I delivered!   

Finished off with hand piped lace inspired by the neckline of the bride's dress.
