This was a 7 layered flavourless butter cake. Yes…you read it correctly! The client didn’t want any flavour in the cake. She simply likes the natural flavour of free range eggs, flour, butter and sugar. Wasn’t sure of the taste, yet i was so relieved when she sent me a message, saying that the cake was so delicious! Phewwww….! :D
