Lego Duplo Cake for my 4 year old’s birthday this week. I based it on the number 4 Duplo brick he has in his Duplo Number Train set. 

The cake was chocolate mud cake with salted caramel buttercream, covered in dark chocolate ganache. The decorations were made from modelling chocolate which I made from PME candy melts and liquid glucose and then coloured with Wilton gel colours.
