My piece for the International Collaboration "Tribute to Pastry"

Name: Sweet Mind of Mine

Inspiration: it was definitely the Collab's theme. I tried to show in this piece everything that we dream in our minds, make with our hands and show in our faces every time we accomplish them.

Everything is edible except the upper eye lashes. Used modeling chocolate, Fondant, ganache, and a lot of different techniques.
