I woul love to share with you my Three Headed Elephant, the work I made for the amazing Thailand - An International Cake Collaboration hosted by the incredible Raquel Garcia. 

Erawan is one of the Thai names of Airavata.

The Airavata three-headed elephant in Hindu mythology is not only the god Indra’s vehicle but also a symbol of the eastern religion’s cosmography.
