Let me share with you my work for this amazing Thailand - An International Cake Collaboration organized by my sweet and dear Raquel Garcia.

Inspired by a painting, this piece is made as a bass relief on a canvas using modeling chocolate and hand-painted with edible gold paint.

Thanks my friend for making me get out of my comfort one and use different materials. It was so fun to make this piece.

 Made with @saracinodolci modeling chocolate over a sugar paste-covered canvas.
For this one I used @saracinodolci pasta model and modeling chocolate and @ilpuntoitaliana gold edible paint using my @cerart_milano brushes.
