Another birthday for my little rascal. I made a cake to please everybody's palate. Dense chocolate cake layers, moistened in coffee -almond syrup, put together with layers of coffee-almond ermine buttercream. Covered with cocoa gelee and decorated with more buttercream, espresso coffee beans cocoa power and sliced almonds. Oh, and I forgot a chocolate train on top to please the young rascal!
