This is one of my favorite one in recent times. It’s a truffle inside and whipped cream outside cake. No structural support or dummy is used in this one, it’s all cake. 6” in diameter and nearly 11” tall. One cake is balanced on top of the other which was a bit tricky. Giving finish in non dairy whipped cream is always a challenge especially when the shape is odd. But client’s request was to keep in mind hence the ND whipped cream frosting.
