This is one of my favorite cake done very recently. The cake is done with 54%couverture chocolate with fresh orange zest and Cointreau. Kept the designing very simple test rustic. Placed a dried slice of orange and tied a small bundle of cinnamon with the golden string around the whole cake. Then placed two dried leaves behind the orange slice. The client was extremely happy with the design concept as well as the taste.
