To close an amazing year of cake collaborations, here is the last one of 2021.
Thanks to this amazing cake collab, organized by my dear friend Jean A. Rettmer Schapowal, I was pushed out of my comfort zone and made for the first time ever a Gingerbread house from scratch!
I just loved how it turned out.
As I am not a fan of royal icing, this Gingerbread house is all decorated with sugar paste, modeling chocolate, and windows made from gelatin paper.
