I was asked to make three small Christmas cakes for my church’s Christmas banquet. This is what I came up with. 1. A three layer Christmas Candle Italian cream cake. 2. A WASC cake with Christmas ornaments made of gum paste. 3. A lemon cake frosted in buttercream and decorated with homemade dehydrated lemon slices dipped in sugar, a gingerbread boy, snowflakes, blueberries and marshmallows. They were all 8 inches
