This was a fun cake to create. The colour scheme was chosen pink and purple and the decorations were all edible except for the “sweet sixteen” topper. The cupcake had cookies and cream fillings inside and topped with dual tone whipped cream swirls. The donuts were eggless and frosted with white chocolate and pink and purple sprinkles. The ice cream cone was made of tempered white chocolate using a bubble wrap as for the texture. Finished with some colored white chocolate spheres. The client wanted a “sweet sixteen” non edible topper instead of Happy birthday topper.
Inside was dark chocolate cake filled with whipped dark chocolate truffle and frosted with dual tone non dairy whipped cream in pink and purple.
The client and I both were extremely satisfied with the final look. Received a very encouraging feedback about the cake from the happy client.
