My 18 years old friend’s daugther asked her mom to get a kiwi cake for her birthday. Her mom, asked me if I can get a strong kiwi flavor in the cake, and I said I did not make the kind of cake before, but I accept the challenge and I learn a lot about this humble fruit. Do you guys know that the kiwi plant has a female and male flower? It was surprise for me to see how beautiful these flowers are. After 3 tries, I got a very nice kiwi flavor in the cake 😅 . Anyways, I enjoy a lot doing it.
