Celebrating today our 21st Wedding Anniversary, another mother-daughter project. From the Master Chef Bernard Respaut, a master torte: Le Rucher! Layers of almond biscuit moistened with wine-honey syrup with layers of honey-wine mousse and raspberry mousse. Decorated with torched Italian meringue and langues du chat biscuits.
