Pumpkin Spice cake, filled with cream cheese frosting, covered in white chocolate ganache, topped with Satin Ice fondant. The stem and leaves are made of fondant. I had been wanting to make a pumpkin cake, so took advantage of Sue’s, who is a princess, birthday to create a pumpkin fit for a royal (lol).
