I am a huge Potter fan and this is my first of its kind which I was longing to do for quite sometime.
It’s a one and half kilo dark chocolate truffle cake. Client gave me free hand to decorate.
I used wafer paper to make those parchment lookalike pieces which gave it the old world vintage look. Also used fondant for the wand, ink pot and the golden snitch. Used edible black ink pen to write.
The client was super happy with the designing.
The whole process was fun and really exciting for me which I enjoyed thoroughly.
