I had the honour and pleasure of making this cake for a lovely couple celebrating their 60th Wedding Anniversary…a very rare occasion these days. The cake is covered in Sanding Sugar to give the sparkly effect, because lets face it…when you make it to 60 years marriage you deserve diamonds!!! :)
