Just made this Stranger Things cake for my great nephews 11th birthday, it’s neon green vanilla and chocolate sponges with chocolate fudge frosting and white chocolate ganache covered with fondant. The fondant was handpainted to look like Joyce’s wallpaper and flooring to which I added battery powered lights, an edible print of the season 1 poster and a modelling chocolate Demogorgon with wire armature
