I made this cake for a contest. I wanted to represent nature gestating. So I made the elephant cake ‘walking’ in a dry deserted kind of place and in her belly a baby elephant in a whole different environment. Cake was vanilla with dulce de Leche filling. Allí edible except for internal structure
