For the first time in 2 years I have made a wedding cake again, and sugar flowers. It was for my sister-in-law, as her gift to their parents’ 50th wedding anniversary.

Filled with cherry mousse, cherry jam, and dark chocolate bavarois (from scratch), covered with SMBC.
