8” & 6” Madeira cakes with vanilla & raspberry jam filling. Covered in chocolate ganache & fondant. My first attempt at a wired peony , which I love. Peony was dusted with gold lustre dust. It was my first attempt at ‘painting’ my cake with gold lustre dust and rejuvenator spirit.
Just a hobby baker but love seeing other people's work & aspire to creating something as beautiful one day.
