This was a very special order! I live in Malaga Spain and was contacted by the militia’s very fancy hotel manager to request this special piece. It was also challenging because square cakes were not my forte but took a great online class with the amazing Suzanne Esper and my nemesis has become my favorite!! So square or rectangle cakes come to mama! Love the flower and the technique I used which I have perfected over the years on the sculpture.
