Dog head

The cake was for successful dog breeder . She loves this kind of dogs- miniature Schnauzer . Cake was ordered from her husband .
The head is made of 3 kind of fondant.. mixed smarftlex velvet and saracino pasta model and I used extra saracino pasta scultura .
