Last year I made this travel cake for a girl who lived in Mexico for six months and returned home to The Netherlands. Had not posted it yet.
To request a colourful cake with all typical things for Mexico: e.g. a big sombrero (it really was!), the flags of the 2 countries and the distance between them, the hot beach with a photo of the girl in the hammock, and a typical Dutch meal & bear opposed to the Mexican food & bear.
