Anui - Indigenous People of Japan
This is my contribution to Japan – An International Cake Collaboration hosted by the fabulous Raquel Garcia. The Anui are recognized as the indigenous people of Japan. My Anui is 14 inches tall, made of modeling chocolate with clothes of fondant an a headpiece of fondant and wafer paper. Everything is painted with petal dusts and vodka.
