I am happy to present you my wedding cake for #weddingcakecompetitiononline2021 “Athens”.
I chose this name because of the purity that represents the cake and because the dress I was inspired by is part of the collection called so.
The cake has two different sides
One in a modern style with origami in wafer paper and quilling with sugar paste.
The other has a more romantic style, Dalhia with gumpaste and wires, flowers with wafer paper that reflect the plot of a wedding dress from the collection 2021 BERTA, the gems in isomalt, sequins in wafer paper and silver leaf food.
In the lower floor stencils with icing and leaves in relief in wafer paper. The shape of the bride and groom is made of wafer paper then colored with pearl food spray
