My first completely free reign cake design!

Ordered by the lovely Sam from Cupcaketopia for her own baby shower.

The bottom tier is rich chocolate cake, filled with chocolate IMBC and coated with dark chocolate ganache. The top tier is vanilla sponge filled with chocolate IMBC and coated with with milk chocolate ganache. Both tiers are covered with sugarpaste.

I used the fabulous tutorial from http://jessicakesblog.blogspot.co.uk/2012/09/how-to-make-chevron-cake-video-tutorial.html to do the chevrons.

The owls are supposed to represent all the Cupcaketopia family, including the new arrival
