I haven't been baking for very long but I love it, I have full order books and lots of repeat customers so hopefully I'm doing something right!
I have made lots of amazing cakey friends on various cake making forums and recently started my own Facebook Group, to which we have had the honour of the company of Mr Paul Hollywood!!!
I can spend hours at a time looking at cakes and dreaming up my next creation. I am totally in awe of lots of amazing cake makers and decorators and hope that one day I may nearly be as good as them!!!
My other great love is my family, I have 3 beautiful boys and a wonderful husband who are all very grateful for the cake scraps when I am creating sculpted cakes.
