The flowers from this arrangement have a special theme, Dahlia, with some of its varieties: Pom-Pom, Spartacus, Cactus, Café au Lait, to which I added a few leafs to make the arrangement complete: Clematis, Humulus Lupulus, Telekia Speciosa, Parthenocissus Quinquefolia, Glechoma Hederaceea Variegata. I used not only gumpaste, but also paper wafer, which are delicate and lightweight.
I’d like my arrangement to be a metaphor for the human being, for compassion and communion. Even though appearances might make us believe we’re different, we’re a single essence that thrive when we’re together and we reach perfection when we express love for the ones around us.
