So this was a last minute cake and the father wanted something really for his daughter turning 17. The only thing he said was he calls her his little princess but other than that I had complete creative freedom. Yay! I knew I didn’t want it to be too young looking. More young adult so this is what I came up with. It’s now one of my favorite cakes so far. The tiara is completely made of isomalt and I used Satin Ice fondant to cover the cake and make the flower.
