Leia's Minnie
This cake is for my great- granddaughter’s 3rd birthday. She loves Minnie Mouse and this is the cake she actually chose. It’s a 10 inch chocolate cake because she also loves chocolate. Minnie’s head is a styrofoam ball with all the decorations in fondant. The bow gave me a headache.It broke in two and I had to find a way to put back together because I didn’t have the time to make another one. I propped it with tooth picks and glued it to the ears with melted white chocolate.
