I seem to always be late on cake trends. This is the first time I’ve a jelly cake. I had several mishaps, but it turned out ok.

Blue ocean is gelatin. Seashells and turtle are made of white chocolate, and sand is finely grounded graham crackers.

This was for my niece’s 16th birthday, who requested an island cake.

I’ve not posted anything in a while, but I hope you like my latest creation.
