I am Sibel Hatun. I am married and i have 2 children. I have been baking for 7 years. And i have been working in patisserie for 5 years. Still i am trying to improve my skills, for this reason i get train as far as possible. I usually work on bust cakes and figures. I am a member of the TAFED national team.
2 years ago i won golden medal with my Indian bust in kitchen olympics which is in Greece. This year in february i attended IKA Kitchen Olympics which is one of the two hardest competitions in the world. İt was in Germany and i won two golden medals with my two works. Besides that i attended so many collections and still attending.
In  fairy tale classics in 2000’s 2.series, i made this work which is called  ‘’fairy tale princess at the pajama party’’.
