I interpreted the tale “Ugly Duckling”.
There is no one who doesn’t know this story. The little duck leaved her nest because she thinks she’s uglier than her sisters. So, if this tale was to be written in this new post-truth age which occurred with digital events, social-media and communication revolution, would the little duck leave her family behind and take her on a journey to confront the truth she is ugly? Or, as the artist reflected, would she look for ways to lose its meaning of “beauty”?
