Sunflower Wedding Cake. My first wedding cake! I actually baked this cake and made fondant by candlelight. We had lost power from Hurricane Sandy, but thankfully we have a generator. I had half my kitchen plugged into that thing!
Bottom layer is Cookies-n-Cream cake, middle layer is Pink Champagne cake with Raspberry Cream Cheese Mousse, top layer is French Vanilla cake Rainbow style.
