Yonca Ohri, I’m 42 years old and a mother of a daughter. I completed my education in Tourism and
Hotel Management. At an early age, I read and worked in the sales and food and beverage
departments of 5-star hotels. In 27 years of my active business life, I ran my own company in the last
6 years. I stopped working for a while due to health reasons. During this period, I took a pastry
instructor, figurines, isomalt and airbrush educations from Turkey’s leading sugar artists. Derin is my
17-year-old daughter’s name. I created Derin Tatlar (Deep Tastes) inspired by my daughter and I
present my works with this brand. I am currently working as the Administrative Affairs Manager in a
private company. In the evening I continue my passion for pastry. I am very happy to be on the same
platform as the people who do this professionally.

Princess Jasmine who performed the closing walk of her fashion show, used Middle Eastern patterns on the podium while using modern touches to her dress designs.
