A classic twist specially for Thanksgiving. Base of short crust pastry, little cream puffs filled with vanilla bean pastry cream and dripped with light caramel. Pumpkin cream mousse in the center. A dash of spices and powder sugar to finish.

I don’t know if I will ever get the courage to try one of these! I’ve done all of the different elements individually, but this intimidates me no end! Looks and sounds amazing!
