Snowflake Wedding Cake
Well here it is – my first official wedding cake!!! As I am sitting typing, this hasn’t been delivered yet – fingers crossed that goes smoothly.
This cake was inspired by Sweet Picasso Cake Creations. This is a Christmas wedding so I chose a snowflake pattern, finished with edible hand made gems, from a mold that I made myself! This cake incorporated a LOT of ‘firsts’ – I made my first silicone mold, I used a silicone mold for the first time, it’s my first time, properly piping and it’s my first ever wedding!
Bottom tier is a 10" Fererro Rocher cake, middle tier is an 8" Chocolate Orange cake and the top tier is a 6" Caramel Apple Crunch cake. Each tier is 5" high.
