August is birthday month in my family. Two daughters and two grandsons all within days from each other. We decided to celebrate them all together this year, since this year everybody ‘s home !! Had a hard time trying to figure out what to make with all 4 names on it. I came up with the dice idea. The dots on each represents each one’s age.
The cake is a 9×13 double coconut cake pound cake frosted in butter cream, with shredded coconut on the sides.
What makes me happy about this cake is that my one daughter and one of my grandsons (who was in the service stationed in Germany) are on American soil this year and close by, and we can celebrate all together!
