Several techniques have been used to create a chic and gentle woodland decoration at the same time.

👉For the cover, slightly marbled Saracino Pasta Top. I used gel dyes: light green, turquoise and Christmas green.
👉I modelled with the Pasta Model. I slightly melted the surface of the mushrooms by sliding my hand just before airbrushing them. The oil layer forced the color to agglomerate in tiny droplets which gives this powdery velvet effect like real mushrooms.
👉 For the wood effect, nothing could be simpler: sugar paste, wafer paper, some coloring powder and a blowtorch.
👉 The moss is a minute Savoy biscuit, colored light green and airbrushed in a mixture of chestnut brown mixed with bright yellow.
👉 The butterflies are in edible print applied on Pasta Top + CMC. I preferred to reinforce them to avoid accidents due to the high humidity of my fridge.
