Eid al-Adha

Eid al-Adha is the biggest feast for Muslims, it is the Eid in which the Hajj is held, Hajj is a pillar of Islam, the fifth pillar.

Eid al-Adha comes on the tenth of Dhu al-Hijjah every year. The Day of Arafah comes before it, where Muslims stand on Arafat Mountain to perform the main pillar of Hajj, on the following day they celebrate Eid al-Adha, where they continue their pilgrimage until the 12th of Dhu al-Hijjah

On Eid al-Adha, there are religious acts, other than Hajj, where Muslims offer sacrifices of cattle, and distribute its meat to the poor and needy, this is why this Eid is called Eid al-Adha.

One of the most beautiful rituals of Eid al-Adha is Eid al-Adha prayer, where adults and young people meet and their hearts are filled with joy, wearing the most beautiful of their clothes, and congratulate each other.

The visits begin between relatives, brothers and friends, and the young people are happy with their toys, and people are very generous and distribute candy, meat, sweets and holiday .
