The Goth Fairy was my contribution to the super talented Valentina Terzieva’s 2020 Gothic Sugar Art Collaboration. 15 inches tall, the fairy is made of modeling chocolate with a wire armature, fondant dress and hair, and wings made of gelatine and cake lace. The skull is modeling chocolate with a styrofoam core and the flowers are gum paste. I gave him one gold tooth too add personality.
