Loved making this cake!!! This was my 2nd attempt with ganache on my cakes and i have to say that i am loving using it and dont think i will be going back to buttercream in a hurry! Client had requested faces around the top tier but had shown me a picture with simple cut out faces. I liked the idea of having the faces pop out of the cake slightly and love having a practice with modelling. Client loved it this way and so pleased i had the opportunity to play around with it.
