Hello,

I have made this cookie during my quarantine due to COVID-19 emergency.
As i live in Italy and unfortunately situation is very serious and sad, I have decided to make my days more colorful, and try to put aside for a moment sad moments that are surrounding me.
It is a 16 cm cookie, made with royal icing and then colored.
