I have never been to Paris and this is probably the closest i will get to being there. When Cathy (jenn’s mom) approached me with her daughter’s birthday theme, I got super excited. Another cake off of my bucket list. First time to do all over vertical striped pattern and thank you to Lesley of Royal bakery for posting her tutorial (if i did anything wrong, it’s only because i did not read thru the whole thing, which is to be expected of me) I was able to do the stripes so neatly. The cake was the easier part of the order, the macarons were not so cooperative (most likely, it’s user error). Loving this theme altogether.
