I think my favourite part is the “apple/heart” between the tiers. Cake was matcha green tea soaked genoise with matcha swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry curd, covered with dark chocolate ganache and the thinnest layer of sugarpaste. I hope you guys like it! Happy (early) Valentine’s day!
