Here is the equestrian cake for the 8 years of my daughter Zayane ♥ ️.
Everything is done by hand.
Vanilla sponge cake
Ganache spread
Chocolate extrudates 🍫
The “wooden boards” which surround the cake are made of shortbread, covered with sugar paste.
Horses are also shortbread covered with sugar paste.
