Here is a very special cake. Obligation for the school to use a four-quarter type industrial cake.
So no ganache, no fodder. But decorations in sugar paste.
Who galled to cover the pieces of crumbling four-quarters, without ganache?

Everything is handmade: the modeling, the disc of sugar paste is painted freehand with a brush.
Everything is edible …. well, if an industrial cake is edible eh! 🤣
I love the theme, I was delighted to do that …. but I can’t wait to make one again with my own cakes 😅
